Earnings Calendar

Reporting dates for SGX-listed companies. We're still building the ingestion for this one, so there is nothing to list yet — the explainer below covers how SGX reporting cycles work in the meantime.

SharePrice.sg doesn't collect SGX reporting calendars today. Rather than show placeholder dates you might act on, this page stays empty until the data is real.

How SGX earnings reporting works

  1. Quarterly reporting

Many SGX-listed companies report every quarter. Results are typically released within 45 days of the quarter end.

  2. Half-yearly reporting

Smaller caps often report only semi-annually. SGX requires at minimum half-yearly disclosures for mainboard-listed companies.

  3. Annual reports

Every listed company must publish an annual report with full-year financial statements, the auditor's report and director statements.

  4. Earnings season peaks

SGX earnings seasons peak in February (Q4 and full-year) and August (Q2 and half-year), when most companies release results.
